LOST PET RESOURCE:
I'm a regular twice-a-week "cat volunteer" at Animal Control on 8315 Byrum Drive out by the airport. This is where "stray" animals are brought in every day, so be sure to check our website daily (it's updated several times a day, and also come out to look in person every couple of days. We get so many animals in (100 a day!) that they are usually kept in "stray dog/stray cat" area for just 3 days, then vet-checked for health and behavior and put up for adoption. If your pet is microchipped, that GREATLY helps assure that it will be returned to you (and we have $10 microchip clinics once a month).
Good luck and spread the word about checking often with us!
