March Madness Dues!!
Posted on Apr 2nd, 2012
Support your neighborhood and make a point of paying your annual OPCA dues this month! A dues letter will come in the mail soon, but you can pay anytime using the PalPal button on this page.

OPCA is your neighborhood association. We are an all volunteer organization and we count on your donations in order to do the work that keeps our neighborhood well maintained and friendly!
Here are some of the expenses your dues help to pay:  mowing and maintenance of the entrances, energy costs for lighting the entrances, OPCA Fall Festival, our newsletter and web site. Dues are $45.00 per year per household, $35.00 for seniors. Payment can be mailed to the address below or through the PayPal link in the top right hand corner of this page.

The board continues to look forward and we are excited about what the future holds.
Thanks for your continued support.

Tour of Homes - Postponed
Saturday, May 25th
The OPCA board has decided to postpone the annual OPCA Tour of Homes until the fall of 2013 or spring of 2014. Due to the busy schedules of our volunteer board, we did not have sufficient time to fully plan the event. We love the tour (and the revenue it generates for our neighborhood) and look forward to the next one! Stay tuned . . .
